As your trusted Pilates Exercise Expert and Health & Sports Nutritionist, Jenny Kim is dedicated to guiding you on your journey to lasting health and wellness.

 

With a Bachelor of Health Sciences and affiliations with the Australian Sports Nutrition and the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, Jenny brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client she works with.

Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, managing your weight, improving body composition, or building mental confidence, Jenny is here to help you transform.

Pilates Coach & Movement Specialist

Mimi Nam

Mimi brings a wealth of international experience and a deep passion for movement to our team.

 

With a background in Clinical Pilates, fitness training, and a degree in Physical Education from the prestigious Korean National Sports University, she specialises in helping clients move pain-free, improve mobility and achieve strength in a safe, supportive environment.

Mimi has taught Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, Chair and Barrel Pilates across Korea, Canada, and Australia.

 

From working in clinical rehab settings to large fitness studios, she’s guided clients of all ages and fitness levels — always tailoring each session to meet individual needs and goals.
