Jenny Kim
Meet Jenny Kim, Founder and Owner of JK Transformation Studio in Perth. Jenny is an Accredited Nutritionist, Health & Performance Coach, Clinical Pilates Specialist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Life Transformation Coach, and Australian Natural Bikini Bodybuilding Champion.
With 18 years of coaching experience, a Bachelor of Health Sciences, advanced studies in Clinical Conditioning in the United States, and professional affiliations with the Australian Sports Nutrition Association and the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute, Jenny combines evidence-based practice with real-world coaching experience to deliver highly personalised, results-driven support.
Jenny's holistic approach focuses on transforming the body, health, and mind through personalised nutrition, postural alignment, clinical movement rehabilitation, strength training, mindset coaching, and lifestyle transformation. She is passionate about helping individuals reduce pain, restore movement, improve performance, overcome limiting beliefs, and create lasting, sustainable change from the inside out.
